Today was a special day. Rather, it was a day of surprises. Opis was today's unlucky rabbit. The gray, orange, and white colored rabbit awoke from his bed knowing today would be different, but unsure as to how. He glanced at his phone, and then spread his arms and legs. "Okay world, just get it over with!" Just then, a pie from seemingly nowhere flung out and smacked Opis in the face, a cream pie at that. Opis's face splattered with the goo, and he groaned. "Not like that." He ran a paw over his face and cleaned off the sticky, sugary mess. Once Opis cleaned off his face, he noticed an equine anthro standing in front of him. The anthro looked like a woman in a robe. "You, huh?" He commented. "So, what happens today?" "Well, I call it Myu's surprise for a reason. I'm Myu, and that was your surprise." She teased. She leaned forward and showed off her large breast, barely covered by her clothing. "And I figure I'm going to try something different when it comes to surprises, and YOU are going to help me." Opis hopped out of bed. He wiped his face on the sheets and made a mental note he'd have to wash them later. "Should I start running now?" As he hopped out of bed, he felt a sneeze coming on. He stifled his sneeze as best as he could, but he tilted his head back and let out a loud "ACHOO!" As he let loose, he felt his face thrust forward with the sneeze. "Ugh." He wiped his nose with the same bedsheet, since he was going to have to clean it anyways. "Okay, what am I helping you with?" "Are you familiar with horse fever?" Myu asked with a smile. "Horse fever?" Opis knew about hay fever, but horse fever was new. He realized his face stretched out with his sneeze. "What the hay?" Myu chuckled. "Not hay, horse! Side effects include growing a snout, a horse tail, growing in height, and transforming into an anthro horse. Consider yourself lucky it wasn't donkey fever. You want to know the side effects of that?" "Do the side effects involve becoming an ah...an ah...ACHOO!" Opis let out another sneeze. He felt his tail burst into a dozen hairs with the next sneeze. He turned to try to see, but he couldn't see his rear. He reached back and he most definitely felt it though. "A donkey? Yes. In this case, you'll just become a horse. There's no cure, but it's not deadly, and you should stop sneezing once you finish your transformation." Opis glared at Myu. He barely knew the anthro horse, but something told him that she was involved in this change somehow. He let out another sneeze. He let loose another "Achoo!" and his ears shrunk down into horse ears, and then a quick cough to clear his throat made his voice sound like a nicker. "What kind of fever is this? There's no virus that transforms people!" "I mean, many viruses kind of do in their own way." Myu shrugged. "Many viruses transform the human body for the worse, generally trying to destroy them in some way. This virus transforms the body, but not destroying it. It's not fatal, but you might find yourself neighing a lot more than you usually do." Myu said with a chuckle. Opis couldn't believe it. He coughed, and it sounded like a horse snort. "Ugh. The sneezing and coughing is annoying. I know it's you transforming me, so can you at least knock off the illness stuff?" "What makes you think I know how to do it?" Myu scoffed. "I'm just immune to it because, you know, I'm a horse. Or, do you think it's because I'm a horse that you're transforming." Myu glared at Opis, and then grinned. She wrapped her arms around the bunny and held him tight. "I heard being around an equine makes it worse!" Opis turned away and looked furious. "Right...so you're not transforming me, you're just making it worse. I swear, you're not a horse. You're a donkey because you're behaving like such a (REDACTED.)" Opis paused. "What did I just say?" He let loose another sneeze and felt his feet crack as they transformed into hooves. He wasn't sure how far along he was, but he knew he was more than halfway horse. "Well, I don't know if that word is allowed." Myu shrugged. "Probably. But anyways, this isn't that kind of story." She let Opis go. "Now, once you finish transforming into a horse, we can have all kinds of fun! You're looking so much better already." Opis sighed. With another sneeze, he felt vertigo take over as his height changed. "Wait, how is growing taller part of becoming a horse?" The growth was much quicker than he expected, so quick that his clothes didn't change with him, but they still managed to cover him, just barely. "Well, rabbits are shorter than horses naturally. You're also shorter than me." Myu replied. "So, that said..." "Wait, am I becoming you?" Opis looked down at his hands and his feet, and then at Myu's. It made sense. With every sneeze, every sniffle, his body looked more like a horse anthro, a horse anthro with hide that matched Myu's perfectly. "It is the 'horse flu', not the 'Myu flu.'" Myu said with a laugh. "But...you do look a lot like me." Opis had to check. He pushed himself away from Myu and rushed to the bathroom. He went into a sneezing fit as he left. By the time he got to the bathroom, he froze in the mirror. His hair was now a long brown mane with equine ears, a snout, and green eyes. It was just as he thought. He became Myu, at least physically he looked like the horse. He let out a frustrated groan, and the tone came out exactly in Myu's voice. "You've got to be kidding me! Why did I become you?" He shouted from the bathroom. Myu casually walked to the bathroom and gave Opis a hug. Opis's clothing changed into a kimono identical to Myu's own. "Well, it's Myu's surprise, so...surprise! You're me!" She said with a laugh, and a kiss. "I know the person who owns you was more into growth and various other things, so I hope he likes this as an alternative. I'd love to get more supporters long term." "Owns me? Growth? What" Opis looked at Myu with a raised brow. Myu couldn't help but laugh. "Oh, it's a LONG story. For now, just enjoy your time as me...hey, you stopped sneezing too!" Opis rolled his eyes. "Yeah...imagine that." He said with a groan. Of course, his flu was gone now that he was a horse. He just hoped it was temporary.
