Previously on Galarian Days... Zander and Wufu return to Wyndon to rest up for the Champion's Cup finals tomorrow, but not before recieving Parcel's rare League Card and... taking care of personal matters. However, Chairperson Elle and Turner are about to put the last part of Elle's grand master plan into action... - The television had long since turned off automatically due to no input activity, leaving Zander and Wufu snuggled together in the dark until day would return. In their dreams, however, both the wolf and bear were standing next to each other in the gray void, with only their fur coats to keep them modest. Before them, not only did the cyan and magenta balls of light descend and become Zacian and Zamazenta, but two other orbs of light blue water and dark red shadows joined them and became both forms of Urshifu: Rapid Strike from the water ball, and Single Strike from the dark ball. "Ah, Zander, you have returned," Zacian said. "And I see you have brought along a friend," Zamazenta added. "Which would explain our being here as well," Rapid Strike Urshifu explained. "So, how's your mission coming along?" Single Strike Urshifu bluntly asked. "Well, your majesties," Zander said, "after taking down 7 more Dynamiasmas since our last meeting, we have reason to believe that the ones responsible for their appearance is Chairperson Elle of Macro Cosmos-slash-the Pokemon League, and her personal assistant, Turner, the concierge." "So, senseis," Wufu added, "we are currently biding our time until the Champion's Cup finals tomorrow, where we plan to catch them and expose them to the public for the frauds they are!" "I see," Zacian said. "And what of your mission to stop the opposite crisis?" Zamazenta probed. "Well," Wufu started, "don't take this the wrong way like we're procrastinating, but we're getting really close. Once we take Elle and Turner down, it should stop the crisis... right?" "That doesn't sound like you're certain," Rapid Strike Urshifu mused. "With all due respect," Zander defended, "there are just too many unknown variables to find a definite answer. We don't know why the Dynamiasmas have been coming, or what Elle and Turner are trying to acomplish by sending the opposite crisis-" But then, something clicked in Zander's mind. "Unless... the Bible verse!" "What Bible verse?" both Heroes of Many Battles pressed. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they stain like crimson, they shall be like wool," Zander recollected. "Could Elle see Dynamax power as something bad since it came from Eternatus, which tried to bring ruin into the world so long ago!?" "Sounds plausible," Wufu guessed. "Okay, great!" Single Strike Urshifu said, cutting into the thought process. "That's one unknown out of the way, now will you get to it already!?" "Is it morning already?" Rapid Strike asked. "I don't care if it is!" Single Strike shot back. "Every second they waste waiting is another shot for the opposite crisis to happen, and I would rather not let Galar lose every last drop of Dynamax power so it has to change its traditions and customs!" "Restrain yourelf!" Zacian said with a glare in her eyes. "The reason we chose Zander as our messenger is because he can see the process of events and act accordingly," Zamazenta explained, "and if a little patience is required to do so, then so be it." "Well, the reason we chose Wufu as our messenger is that he can get results through proactive action," SS retaliated, "and if he has to jump the gun to do it, then so be it!" "Everyone, please!" RS cut in, trying to restore peace. "Obviously we can't have it both ways, so we'll have to compromise. I think it's time we asked for some outside help." "Outside help?" Zacian asked. "Could you possibly mean what I think you mean?" Zamazenta mused. "He does," SS said. "It's time to put a third messenger into play." "Third?" Zander and Wufu asked, putting themselves back into the conversation. But all four legendary Pokemon were turning back into their light ball forms before any more information could be shared... - Back in the waking world, Zander and Wufu's eyelids were moving around until they slowly opened up, showing that they were still in each other's arms on the bed of their hotel suite. Reluctantly, they broke their embrace and sat up to look at the window, only to see that the sky was starting to lighten, indicating that morning was just around the corner. "So, uh," Zander said, trying to break the ice, "both of us had the same dream, huh?" "Yeah," Wufu answered, trying to keep the momentum going. "Probably because we were sleeping in the same bed... maybe?" "Perhaps, but thinking about it will have to wait," Zander said, getting up. "Right now, the Champion's Cup finals are about to begin, and we need to proceed with the plan. Now, are you ready?" "To help stop the opposite crisis?" Wufu said as he followed suit. "...No." Zander was taken aback, but Wufu followed up with, "I'm ready to end the opposite crisis before it begins!" After Zander rolled his eyes with a smirk at that comment, both anthros then proceeded to freshen up before they were about to head back to Wyndon Stadium... -
