What's this feeling, 
Deep in my heart?
So weird and so new,
Like nothing I've felt before.
 
Sadness, Happiness, Excitement,
All rolled into one.
Though at times it seems,
One more prevalent then others.
 
Why do I feel this way,
When he parts from my view?
I know he will be back,
But that still doesn't help.
 
When he finally returns,
It makes my heart sing.
The other feelings,
Now greater then the one.
 
In his embrace I now lay,
My heart racing like never before.
But I'll always be there waiting,
For my mate, my life, my love.
