Mousey adjusted her backpack, walking along. The brown-furred bunny kept her pierced ears upright both to keep her wits about her and to hold the mask over her muzzle. The fabric was adorned with a toothy mouth, something to help her avoid interaction when she wasn't looking for it out in public. She could certainly ask her boyfriend to help when she went out of the house, but he was an insufferable tease. Of course, being a psychic type pokémon made that all the worse. Then again, he was very strong... She always knew he'd keep her safe, which was its own kind of annoying when they had their games... harder for her to tap into that fight-or-flight place when he was always holding back. But Magi cared... and... what was that hissing noise? The bunny perked, stopping in her tracks. She swiveled her ears and found it was coming from above her. She slowly glanced up to find Magi hanging upside down in front of her from a tree with a smirk around his eyes. Her eyes widened as she took in how he was suspended. Instead of his hindquarters leading up to his narrower tail, his flat belly just kept going as a furry blue tube up to a branch. Looking fully up into the tree revealed a long winding mass of draping coils amongst the leaves. "Magi...?" ~Oh, was trying something out with my transformative abilities, dear.~ The pokénaga playfully swung his torso back and forth, his arms tucked behind his back coyly. ~The changes aren't just to my lower body, either~ The hidden seam of his lips parted slowly. In place of his familiar feline teeth, a pair of sheathed fangs fell forward, gleaming in the afternoon light. Mousey quivered, a blush rolling up her cheeks. Her eyes darted from the woodland path she'd been on towards where she knew the most direct route to home was. No more thought was given as she bolted off the path into the trees. The warm afternoon air rushed around her, flaring her open jacket out as she bounded over a fallen log. When she finally thought to look back, she was met with the sight of the sweet shiny in full predator mode, smirking her way. Magi was keeping his upper body steady, arms still casually resting above where his tail normally would start on his back. This was in contrast to the rapid, precise movements of the yards of blue fur-covered snake body to move him across the forest floor. When he reached the log, the portion of his length holding his torso aloft curled and retracted to more easily slide over the felled trunk. ~Do watch where you're running~ He teased telepathically. The bunny snapped her view back to her front and darted aside mid-stride to avoid running into a tree. Ahead of her was a stream that the path she'd been on surmounted via a small footbridge. Mousey didn't need a bridge though. Using her momentum she gained as she moved down the slope towards the running water she bounded across, her other foot connecting with the far bank and digging into give her traction going up the hill on the far side. Glancing back again, she didn't see Magi slithering down towards the water. The cheater was still headed right for her, his coils smoothly sliding across the air as if it was a flat surface. She turned back to focus on where she was going: up the shallow indent flanking the stream. As the ground leveled out again, Mousey knew she was in the home stretch. Her heart was beating hard in her chest. When they played in the house she could never get up to her top sprinting speed, since none of the halls were long enough. She'd always need to make a sharp turn or chicane around furniture. The trees parted enough for her to see the back gate of her house. If she could just keep it up... She glanced back at her slithering pursuer once again, noting his coils had returned to the forest floor, before she returned her attention to the gate. It was a fairly short gate for normal sized people, but the bunny was short. Properly short. Under four feet short. Mousey didn't let that stop her. She brought her feet together in midair like she was stepping onto a springboard and vaulted, lifting her body horizontal in midair. Her paws grasped the top of the gate as she swung her body around. As soon as her feet were in front of her again, she pushed off the wood and hit the ground running. Just a few more yards to the back door. She dug in her pocket for her keys with one hand as the other reached forward to brace for impact with the doorframe. Something long, blue and fuzzy abruptly swung in front of the bunny, deflecting her outstretched hand. Using her own momentum against her, the powerful tail whipped around to form a loop, before redirecting her into a pirouette over the last few feet towards the door. Magi squeezed the coils around her, giggling in her mind. Mousey, still blushing from the undignified squeak she released at the sudden impact, was also disoriented from the spinning. She found her arms bound to her sides and her legs pinned together, much to her dismay. The brown furred rabbit pouted, doing her best to shear apart her shins at the knee or force her arms away from her sides. ~Did you really think you could escape?~ Magi taunted in her mind, giving a squeeze around her form. Blushing and glad that her mask hid the pout on her lips, the bunny grumbled. "I made it to the door." ~Almost.~ The pokémon's psychic voice crooned. ~Now after that workout, I think you need a little rest...~ He parted his jaws, opening into a serpentine gape as he lowered his upper body towards her head.
