Liam stared up at the female panther. Even sitting down, she towered over the small mouse. She was not what he had expected. It wasn't too unusual for her to be a *little* different than expected; this was a blind date, after all. They hadn't given a ton of details before deciding to meet up. But Liam had *not* been expecting a massive female panther who towered over him even while sitting down. And yet, here she was, sitting in the exact seat in the theater that she had indicated in her text a few minutes ago, and even wearing a flower tucked behind one ear as she had said she would be. Maybe he had misread her profile; had he just thought it said "rabbit?" "Sophia?" He asked. The panther looked down at him. She had just taken a mouthful of popcorn, so her only response was a confused "Hmm?" "It's me, Liam," he continued. "You know, for the blind date?" The panther looked at him for a moment, her cheeks still bulging with popcorn. Then her eyes widened, and she swallowed, the snack traveling down her throat in a large lump. "Oh! Yes, of course! Come in, sit down!" She turned her legs slightly so he could squeeze past her into the row of seats. Liam hesitated. This was so far afield of his expectations that he wasn't sure how to respond. Should he back off now? But maybe she was just shy. She could have put "rabbit" on her dating profile because she thought that smaller species like him would be turned off by the idea of dating a larger female. And Liam was definitely not that guy: he wasn't so uncomfortable in his masculinity that he would turn down a date just because she was a little taller than him. So he sidled past Sophia into the row of seats. Okay, so maybe she wasn't just a *little* taller than him. She looked like she'd be roughly twice his height if she had been standing, maybe more. She was curvy of build, though with a hint of tone to her arms that indicated a hidden strength. Beautiful black hair fell about her shoulders, and lush, dark brown fur was covered by a simple t-shirt and a pair of jeans. Her belly had a slight outward bulge to it -- not enough that Liam would consider her chubby, just a healthy curve that made her all the more attractive. The point was, she was undeniably hot. Any guy who couldn't see past her height would never know what they were missing. Liam settled into his seat just as the opening previews started. His phone made a beeping sound. He slipped it halfway out of his pocket, far enough that he could set it to "silent" so he wouldn't bother the other moviegoers, and turned his attention back to his date. Sophia started getting cuddly right away. She stayed focused on the screen, but before the opening credits were over, she had leaned in to him pressing her upper arm against his shoulder. The physical contact emboldened him, so he decided to try the old "pretend to yawn and wrap your arm around your date" trick. He had to reach farther than he was used to, but she didn't object! Before long, they were leaning into each other, practically cuddling while they watched the movie and munched on snacks. Once the movie was over, Liam took Sophia out to dinner. They kept the conversation light and non-invasive; Sophia seemed a bit hesitant to reveal too much about her personal life, and Liam didn't want to pry. It was a first date, after all. Sophia *was* happy to reveal that she was super into Liam, though. Everything from the tone of her voice to her posture suggested she wanted to jump him right there in the restaurant. She was an outrageous flirt, and the type to whom laughter came easy. Liam kept catching himself smiling -- he was really enjoying the night out. When the waiter brought their check, Sophia reached for it. Liam held up one hand to stop her. "Oh no! I'll be taking care of the check." Sophia raised an eyebrow. "I ate *much* more than my fair share. Maybe we should split it?" Liam shook his head. She wasn't being facetious: Sophia had packed away an impressive amount of food, nearly double what his order had been. It had been fascinating, really: she was clearly a woman who loved her food. She had practically inhaled her meal, sometimes barely stopping to chew. Liam hadn't minded; he could respect a person who knew what she liked, and didn't care who else knew it, too! And all that aside, he wasn't going to let her appetite stop him from being a gentleman. He put his fingers on the check and slid it towards himself. "*I'll* take care of the check," he repeated, pulling his wallet from his pocket. Sophia gave him a warm, genuine smile. Once he had finished paying, as they were standing up from the table, she leaned over, bringing her muzzle close to his ear. "How about we swing by your place after this? I think I'm still a little... *hungry.*" The way she said the word caused a thrill to run down Liam's spine. He coughed, not wanting to look *too* eager. "Ahem, yes, I think that sounds like a great idea." Standing back up to her full height, Sophie grinned at him. "I thought you might." -------- Liam's apartment was clean and tidy. Thank goodness he had cleaned just the other day; he hadn't actually anticipated a first date (and a blind date at that) to end up back at his apartment. The front room of the apartment consisted of a living area, with a large couch and a TV, as well as a dining area with a mini-kitchen. Doors leading to the bedroom and bathroom were towards the back. Sophia didn't seem particularly interested in the architecture, though. As soon as he shut the door behind them, she half-pulled, half-carried Liam to the couch. She pushed him into a sitting position and climbed onto his lap, straddling him. The couch, designed for animals closer to Liam's size, groaned and creaked under her weight. She was huge, towering over him, looking at him with eyes that set his soul on fire. She arched her back with feline flexibility in order to press her lips to his. His heart pounding, Liam followed Sophia's lead, turning his head slightly and allowing his lips to part. Their muzzles interlocked, and her tongue filled his mouth. It was thick and rough, and seemed eager to explore every inch of the inside of his mouth, sliding around his teeth and dancing with his own tongue. Soon clothes were coming off. They broke off the kiss long enough to remove Liam's shirt, followed by Sophia's, then resumed it while he reached around and fumbled with the large female's bra. They made out for a minute or two, fur to fur, hands wandering. They changed positions, with Liam laying down on the couch and Sophia over him. It was all going swimmingly, and Liam was getting excited for the next steps, until... "***Hrk!***" Liam knew that sound. It made his ears perk up and caused the fur on the back of his neck to rise. The mood died instantly. That was the sound of someone about to be sick. "***Hrk!***" Sophia backed off, sitting up on her knees, still straddling Liam. She put one hand to her mouth, her brow furrowing. Her stomach gave an audible rumble and even twitched visibly as she dry-heaved again. Liam's first, instinctual reaction was to try to get away, but Sophia was still straddling him, and she was far too heavy to move: he was pinned. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself, then asked, "Sophia, are you alright?" Her hand still covering her mouth, Sophia answered, "Y-yeah, I just... urk... I think I ate too much." "Do you need medicine? If you let me up, I can grab you... some..." Liam trailed off as he stared at the sight before him. Sophia's stomach had started to move... up. Not in a single, gradual movement, but in bizarre jerks, bulging out in random places. It started in her belly, then moved to her abdomen, then up past her chest and into her throat, as though her gut had rebelled and was trying to escape. Sophia heaved again. Her mouth opened -- more like it was *forced* open -- and a soaking wet, white-furred hand came grasping out, grabbing onto Sophia's lower jaw. Liam tried to back away again, and against was stymied by the massive panther weighing down his tiny body. The movement caused his phone to slip out of his pocket, falling off the couch and to the floor. His phone's screen, prompted by the movement (or perhaps having hit the button on the side on the way down), turned on. The suddenly bright screen caught his eye, pulling his gaze away from the bizarre sight in front of him. On the screen, a notification was displayed, showing that he had quite a few messages: fifty-seven, to be exact. The phone didn't show the body of the messages on this screen, but it did show the sender: Sophia. The same Sophia that he had been on a date with for the last several hours. The Sophia that hadn't so much as taken a phone out of her purse the entire night. Liam brought his gaze back up to the panther's face. Another hand shot out of her mouth to grip her bottom jaw. The hands pulled, and a face appeared, framed by teeth and gullet. The face of a rabbit. Her white fur was soaking wet, with bits of food stuck to it here and there. Her eyes were wide, her expression one of terror and exhaustion. Her gaze caught Liam's, and she let out a hoarse scream: "*Help me!*" Liam's entire body was frozen. He remembered how surprised Sophia had seemed when he first showed up. He remembered his phone, how it had gone off repeatedly during the movie until he had silenced it. He remembered the meal they had eaten, how the panther had seemed to almost swallow her food whole. The rabbit clenched her fingers, pulled herself forward. Her shoulders popped out of the panther's gullet, and her face approached the teeth. "Hel-- mmph!" Her cry for help was cut off as the panther's tongue curled up, forcing itself into the surprised rabbit's open mouth. The panther let out a low moan of pleasure as she ran that tongue, the same one that had filled Liam's mouth earlier, across her prey's face and upper chest. The tongue pushed the rabbit's face back towards the darkness, and the panther swallowed. "*Glk!*" The rabbit's face disappeared, though her fingers still gripped the panther's chin. She tilted her head back, giving Liam a clear view of the rabbit's outline in her throat, and swallowed again. The fingers disappeared, and the bulge moved downward, sliding and settling once more into the panther's gut. It looked just like it had at the beginning of the date: a slight outward curve, as though she were a bit chubby, or perhaps at the very start of a pregnancy. This time, though, Liam caught what he hadn't before: the slight ripple of her belly as the contents moved around, and a momentary bulge that looked very much like a hand. The panther looked down at Liam with a smile and ran her tongue across her muzzle. "Excuse me. Sorry about that." Liam swallowed hard. "That... that... that was S-Sophia, wasn't it?" The panther nodded. "My name's Soline. Sorry for the deception; I didn't mean to trick you. I had just snagged a snack in the theater, and then suddenly you show up and start talking about a blind date, so what was I supposed to do except roll with it?" She slapped her stomach. "It's too bad she got so feisty at just the wrong moment. I actually had a lot of fun, I was hoping to have at least another date or two with you." Liam tried to squirm away, but Soline just sat down harder on his legs, preventing him from moving. "P-please, just let me go!" "Sorry. Can't. I know 'you've seen too much' probably sounds cheesy, but it is what it is." Soline's stomach rumbled again, accompanied by another flurry of movement. She let out a small belch, followed by a groan. "Ugh, and I'm super-full, too. I shouldn't have eaten so much at dinner." Soline leaned in close, so their noses were almost touching, then opened her mouth wide. Liam found himself staring down the same portal that he had just seen the rabbit -- the real Sophia -- disappear into. It looked like he would be getting his date with her after all.
