Path 1-0: A Familiar Opening?

"Welcome to the world of Pokemon! My name is Oak! People call me the Pokemon Professor! Please state your name and gender!"

You are speaking to a holographic image of Professor Oak, having recieved this fancy mini-projector in the mail after you mailed out a request for a trainer's liscence. Like many starting trainers, you decide to be a wise-ass with the professor's hologram. "Assdude, Male." you snicker. Really mature. Well, you can give your real name when it becomes important.

"Pleased to meet you, Assdude! As you know, in this world are amazing creatures called Pokemon!" the hologram stated, simulating opening a Poke Ball to reveal a Rattata. "Trainers work together with their Pokemon to achieve many goals. My program offers free starter Pokemon to trainers in exchange for helping my research by completing a Pokedex."

You're a bit bored, even more so when Oak's grandson is displayed on the hologram. "This is my grandson. I can't recall if his name is Blue or Gary, but he'll be along to deliver your starting Pokemon to your hometown. He's become so helpful ever since losing the championship."

A large list of starter Pokemon are displayed in a grid appearing from the hologram. A lot of bland options are available, but a few catch your eye, including some that seem totally out of left field. You lick your lips as you think this over.

Your goal is simple, to capture and fuck as many sexy Pokemon as possible. Maybe some trainers, too. Your starter will be a given, but which to start with?
"Assdude, select a beginning Pokemon, please!" Oak's hologram asks, making you stifle a laugh.
