It was in the middle of the night. After a while you could hear steps and a quiet sobbing resounded through the lanes. Pikunamon, an easy maiden of the local nobility house, ran through the town in the direction of the temple. She had scratches in the face and she cried bitterly. The housekeeper of the nobility house, where she worked, had hit her with a broom because she dropped dishes from inattentiveness. She felt treated so unfairly and had been so furious that she had also hit the housekeeper. Now she probably could never go back. At this time the temple was empty. However, the flames flickered what meant that one of the gods was present. This calmed her tremendously. She wanted to hide in the temple for once. Maybe they allowed her to stay longer. Finally, she reached the big hall where the statue of the God Incendramon stood. She revered him very much, because humility and chivalry was very important for her. She knelt in reverentially in front of the statue and folded the hands for the prayer. "Please, offer me shelter in your holy temple my lord." she said, before she went over in silent praying. The God Incendramon stood in the room of mirrors which was used by the gods to look in the mortal world. At the moment he checked what was going on in his temple. He observed the visitor and saw with eagle-sharp look that it was a female who seemed to be sadly and desperately. She had been hit, he saw this in the scratches in her face. Nevertheless, she was wonderful like he never saw it before. And in her heart the light of incomparable beauty and cleanness shone, like the flawless diamond at the head of the towers which twinkled in the morning sun. He felt a desire aflame up in him what never happened before. He wanted to have her... he wanted to have her with him. But he didn't want to own somebody, this went against his nature. He felt that this town didn't offered her sympathies and he simply had to help her. He touched the mirror, closed the eyes and go through the glass like water. The eyes of the statue began to glow and the stone crumbled to the ground. Pikunamon got scared when she recognized that the statue started to move. She was paralyze and couldn't move an inch until the statue was disappeared and Incendramon stood in front of her. He bent a little bit forwards and glided with his hand under her chin along. "Your prayers have been heard." he said with the voice like an angel. At first she still was scared, but when he stroked her she started to relax and purred quietly. "Your face is from incomparable beauty, even a goddess couldn't keep up with your beauty. Say, how is your name, Mylady?" Incendramon asked her. “M-my name is Pikunamon, my Lord.” she said fast and hung her head in reverently. Incendramon smiled and pressed her chin softly upwards, so that she had to look in his eyes. "What a wonderful name for such a wonderful being." he whispered. "But I also see big fear and torture in your eyes. Which cruelty was attached to you, my dear child?" he asked the Feline and glided softly through her chin fur, which let her purring more. His compliment about her beauty let Pikunamon blushing. "In the house where I worked unjustness was done to me, but I have defended myself. But I cannot return and now I'm homeless." she told him with a hardly sighing. "So, your lodging was taken from you?" he asked and bent to her down and his arms glided softly like a quiet wind around her body and suddenly he held her on his arms, before he rose again. "You look tired and exhausted, would you want to rest a bit, my dear?" he asked Pikunamon and smiled at her friendly and kindheartedly, while he looked with his emerald-green eyes directly in hers to look deeply in her most inmost soul where he see only nice things. Pikunamon was appalled and wanted to say something already, but with his look she got speechless. His eyes which looked so deeply in hers worked like a spring of rest and hope. This look let her blushing more and she suddenly felt such a fluttering in the belly. She nodded and saw to him further dreamily in the eyes. "There is nothing more for you here. I bring you to a better place, to a wonderful place." he whispered with a wholesome voice and went slowly back to the podium while he still hold her in his arms. In bewilderment Pikunamon looked up to him, because she didn't know what he wanted to do now. "Prepare yourself to enter the world of the gods." Incendramon whispered to her and spread his wings, while a light went out from him, which blinding himself and Pikunamon. Around of them everything turned white and quietly. As the light laid again both had solidified in her momentary position as a statue.
