	We made it back Kains place without any real problems. No one was
home yet, so we went up to his room to drop off our stuff and relax. Kain took this
time to voice his concerns. "Are you really ok?" he asked as he set down on his bed next to me.
For the first time in a very long time, I feel safe. "No" I leaned aginst him, the
emtional exustion from all thats been happening finlay catching up to me. Kain guided us
both down on to the bed. "You look like you could ues some sleep. Im  worried about
you."BY this point I was asleep. "Looks like you havent changed all that much."
He pulled the blanket over us and and pulled me to him resting my head on chest.
"You can be yourself here."  

	
	Back at my place dad and Noel were talking "Dad, whats hapening to him? I
understand why he would be angrey at first, but its been so long." Dad looked deep in thought,
"Well I guess its the feelnig betrayal, you two where extreamly close." Noel was not happy with that answer,
"I had no idea that was going to happen!" Dad responded quickly "I said feelings of betrayal,
I wasnt thrilled about he and Kian either, but they took it to far." Noel was thinking back in her role in all this,
"It really is my fault, I destroyed our family." Dad huged her "No you didn't,  your mom and I 
where on the verge of a divorce already, and im sure Nate will forgive you in time." Noel sounding worried "I dont know,
this morning was almost a disaster." Dad tilted his head abit in confusion. "The only reason I steped in was because,
....I honstly thought he was about to kill a friend of mine. You havent acually had to fight him..... how could you understand."

	Kains mom poked her haed in and smiled at the sight off us. Speaking quitely "Dinner is going to be a
bit late." With that she headed back downstaris. Kain looked down at me, worried about the span of
time that had past since we were last togeather. After I got kicked out of the first school, we moved away.
Things just keept going from bad to worse. Evey new school had that one group of "clean cut"
looking students that were given specail privilages bacuause of money, poupularty, or family
influence. These jerks were usualy assosiated with a church or some other group to, talk about
hypocrasy.

	It happened about same the way every time. The elite chosen, or what most people call normal,
find the ones that dont dont agree with them and hound them till they give in and adopted
there narow minded belifes, or they resort to violence to force the ones they think cant fight back
to submit. The fact that most faculty back theses asses only made matters worse. So these so called
"good people" fail to get there way and they try ues imtadtion and violence. In my case that is a real
stupid thing to do. I have some advantages over most. Any way long story short they jump me and
I put six very large guys, most 3 times my size, in the ER. As usual I get grife for hurting the poor "good souls who only wants to help"
that ambused me and get kicked out, mean while the ones that jumped me get the hero treatment.

	I feel a Kain gently nudgeing me."You hungry?" Still not realy awake I muter "5 more minutes
I dont have school today". He smiles, nudging me agine, this time manging to wake me up. "Foods ready." I admit to being conlficted in
this stuation. On one hand I was hungrey, on the other I was warm and cozzy. Not really wanting to get up
I give in to my stomache and start getting up.  Kain licks my ear before before I got out of the bed.
"Welcome home love".  For the first time in recent memory I acually feel at home, not some outsider
trying to survive. 

	At the tabel things where relaxed, mostly idle chater. Untill his mom spoke up "Kain we have family 
coming over this weekend, Nathen is welcome, but please make sure to be discret. You know how your aunt and uncel are."
Kain responded, obvilously not relly liking his extended family "They are very "conservative"". I piked up on his meaning
easily. "But I would not worry to much my cousine keeps to him self and they should pretty much leve us alone."


	Kains parents are very open, so when his they found out abouts us, I freaked out for no reason.
They welcomed me like they always had. They asked questions, and wanted know more about how it
started. but only out Of concern and caring for both of us. It was kinda of embaressing how it happened.
We had been spending alot time around each other after we first met. He really helped me learn to control
my abilyts.

	About a month after we met, I really had no idea why, but I had become very atached to him.
However, I had absoultly no idea how to tell him. To be honest I was to affraid he would hate me if I did.
Next thing I know my dad tells me to come the phone. It was Kain. "Hey Nate, are you doing anything this weekend?"
I think for a second "no not really". "You want to come over for the weekend?" he sounded abit nervous.
"Suer, id love to." 

	I got there a bit latter, he was the only one there. "Glade you could come, we got the house to our selfs for awhile." Thats when he said it "Do you like me?"
My mind was runing at hundered miles an hour, he looked at me. "Im sorry, shouldn'have said that. Just forget I asked"
The mixtuer of fear and saddness witch I'd never seen on his face made me feel the need to tell him the truth.
"Yes, I do alot." He smiled and wraped his around me. I looked up at him his eyes showing how he felt
"I was just to scared to tell you" He licked my ear and my tail waged a bit. "I will never hate or ababdon you"
He lead me up to his room. "I was hoping you felt the same, so I was thinking mabey we could have kinda 
of date"

	I was blushing through my fur, and very nervous "W-with me?" Kain looked huge me a bit tighter,
"Of coures with you. Why wouldnt I?" I look away abit "Cause im just a freak mongral". Kain looked concened
"Dont say that, your not a freak." When we walked in, it looked like a scean out of one
of ronantic moves. There where candles, a very calming music playing from the radio, and sevral movies to watch.
I admit i was alomost crying,not really ues to this type of kindness.

	We ended up Snuglled togather in his bed, the movie had been playing but we lost intrest in it,
he leaned in to kiss me when his mother walked in. She looked embarssed but didnt really act shocked
at seeing us togather, more like she felt bad for interupting.The only thing  going on my in head tho, was a 
worst case scinaro and it showed. Trembling i back to up to corner the bed was aginst the wall nearly catatonic.
Had i been paying attintion i would have heard there conversation. "Im sorry you two, i didnt mean to intrupt".
His mom then look at me and immaitly said in calm but worried voice "We can talk about it latter, right now
your boyfriend needs you, your father and i will be down stairs if you need us.

	Kain nooded and imedaitly came to me. "Nate, its ok they know im into guys." His voice
reached me eventually and i regianed my composer. "R-really?" my voice was still waviering. "Yes,
all they ask is to be kept in the loop, and that i be carfull. Im guessing your family dosent know"
I shake my head. Kian gently lifts my face so look at me "Its allright, im going to go tell my parents your
ok" he laid me down put the covers over me "ill be back in little bit, try to relaxe and get some
sleep, its gotten late. 

	While i was asleep, he was talking with his parents "I think he will be ok, he was just really shock up."
His mom still worried "Im not so suer, with all thats going in his life right now. I take it his family dosent know."
Kain shakes his head "No, not even his sister, but thats probly cause of the comany she is keeping" His dad spoke up
"Let me guess, she went hyper religuos bucause it was a way to be acepted." "That right dad, but right now its easy for
her, Nate on the other hand, is having to deal with his powers surfacing.I feel real bad for him, his mother treats 
him like monster. At least i had both of you to help me." He summons his sythe with ease. Kains parents had alot of
insight "Tomorow your mom and i would like to talk to both of you. Kian sensing his parents intentpons where
kind just noded. His mom just smiled "Ok now go back upstires, it wouldnt do for him to wake up and you not be there.

	Dinner was wraping up when kians dad suddenly rembered somthing. "about the conservative part, your cousien
 has shown to be the exact opisit, and things are not going well." I noded "i can sympathize, has it reached the level of what haapened with my fammily yet?"
Kians dad looked concerened "Not yet, but the rift is getting bigger." Kain piped up here, Whats goin on exactly?"Recalling the call "Well...  Ben is now calling
him self beth" Kains eyes widden in suprise "Im not suer how to react to that..." Kains mother interjected here "I know you wont
intentinaoly, but plases be carfull about flames to the fire. I hop seeiing you two will atleast help him. They should be here
in the morning."

	"Where are they staying dad?" "your aunt and uncel are gettig hotel, ben is going stay here."

	
	
	 
	We had moved after my parents got transfered to a new lab. Being the new kid is never easy. They tried tho, said a colleuges son
would help me adjust and to look for a fox wearing black after school. But before i cpuld find
him I ran into the resident bully. This was before i could really fight well, and ended up taking 
beating.  Out of fear i tried to get away only to chased into a dead end. Thats when it happened,
i swung wildly and wall of flame seperated us, many other students saw this and ran away others
started calling me a freak. I wnted get out of there fast so i ran a random derection eneding up
some kind of park.

	After relizing i had lost them, i stoped and sat down. Alone and depressed all could do was
tear up. I heard gentel voice behind me. On the verge of a break down between the wall of fire and
the bully i fianly just gave in and sluped at the base of the tree, waiting for another beating.
Instead a slightly taller fox knelt down and put a hand on my shoulder. "Are you alright, I saw what happened
and wanted to chek on you" I looked up and saw his concern was real. "I dont know." my voice wa shaking alot.
When he saw me knew who i was "Your Nathen right?" I nodded and he sat next to me and put his arm around me.
"Im Kain, my dad said i was supose to meet at the front of the school, then i heard what everone
was saying and and started looking for you."

	"Im sorry for troubleing you" i was looking down agine, thinking that after hearing waht had happened
he would turn on me like everyone eles. Instead he huged me. "Its no trouble" he smile and i relaxed abit,
starting to calm down and relax. Seeing this he pulled out his cellphone and called
his mother, leting her know that we were ok and where we were. When she arived he helped me up and in to the car,
I was exuasted and fell asleep.
