It was pouring hard one Sunday afternoon and the air was cold.  Crossing his arms as poor Danny was freezing.  Walking down the street heading towards his home so he could talk to his girlfriend, but for the past few days the two had been arguing.  Tracy had been getting after Danny for not being more caring about how she felt.  Instead of going to see his her Danny chooses to head towards the park.


    The wind began to pick up a bit make the air even colder.  As he entered the park there couples walking in the park holding hands and kids running while playing with each other.  Danny just sighed looking depressed as he walked over towards a bench and plumped his rear end down.  It was one of those stone benches when he went to it down the bench was a little cold.  Putting his hoodie up as he was sitting there sulking.


    This strange old lady who happened to be walking by noticed Danny looked a little upset.  Turning to look at Danny, she walked over towards him and gently placing her left hand on his left shoulder.  Smiling at him asking Danny,  “What is the matter young one?”


    He sighed as he replied, “Well you see miss me and my girlfriend have been fighting lately.”


    Thinking of a way that the lady could help the two out she choose to lay a curse that would transform Danny forever also fixing his relationship too.  A black smoke appeared out of nowhere as it went Danny’s nose entering his body.  Letting out a big sneeze that covered the old lady’s outfit in spit.  She oddly vanished into thin air saying as she was vanishing, “Enjoy your new life mer cher!”


    Trying to think of why she would say; “mer cher” for or what did it even mean.  Standing back up, but as he Danny started to feel a little ill.  This time, he started to head towards his small little apartment.  As he got closer he began smelling skunk it smelled very near, but he couldn’t see a skunk.  Just shrugging his shoulders he continued to head home.


    Then that skunk smell was in the air again he looked all around for the skunk, but still couldn’t find it.  Around the same time, he could smell skunk he heard ripping sound coming the back of his pants.  He arched his back as his tailbone pushed out it was a black tail with two white stripes going up from his rear to the tip.  Some reason this cost him to fall on his rear end on the hard cement sidewalks. 


    When he stood up he began rubbing his rear like any normal person would, but was in shock by his new tail.  Trying figure out how he even grew a skunk tail, but now he knew where the skunk smell was coming from.  Quickly, he ran towards his door, but to his luck he ran face first into the closed door knocking him out.  While he was passed out he was having a dream of Pepe Le Pew telling him, “You soon will have nothing to worry about.  Pepe will take care of you mer cher.”


    Pepe kissed Danny’s lips waking Danny up from his brief slumber.  Getting back up rubbing his forehead due to a headache that had occurred when he woken up.  Looking through his jeans’ pockets for his keys.  After searching, he had finally found his keys and was finally able to get into his home.  He happened to notice black fur had begun to cover his fingers and hand it also felt like he was missing a digit on each hand.


    The black fur began growling up his arm, down his side and covered his back.  After the back was covered the black fur that white stripe that was on his tail began spreading up his back to the back of his neck.  Shaking his head in disbelief at was happening to him.  There was a strange, but yet familiar voice in his head as white fur began covering his stomach to his forehead.  The voice began to speak, “It’s been a bit has it no Danny?  You do not know it, but soon you’ll become me.


    Running towards his bathroom as his cheeks began expanding to the length of his shoulders.  As he got ready to enter he happened to trip due to the fact he was starting to get smaller and smaller.  Danny was now only three feet tall and his feet were starting to transform as his toes began merging into three big toes and they were covered by black fur.  Finally, black fur covered the little bit of skin he had left on his forehead.  Only five things left unchanged that was his nose, eyes, hair, he didn’t have muzzle yet, and his ears.


    Not too long he could feel his face starting to push out a small little muzzle his nose transformed into a big black nose.  His eyes grew bigger and became more toony per say.  Next his ears crawled to the top of his, they became round and grew black fur on the outside as for the inside white fur grew in them.  Finally, his hair began to change it was black at the bottom and white at the top.  After everything was done Danny got back up but had trouble walking in his baggy clothes.


    Taking off his baggy clothes or his old clothes Danny walked into his bathroom.  He wanted to see the new him, but couldn’t due to his size.  That was when he remembered the full sized mirror that he hanging behind the bathroom door.  Moving out of the way he used his new tail to shut the door.  Finally, it was shut, but what Danny saw was reflection of Pepe Le Pew.


    Again with the headaches, but some reason this time Danny lost the memory he had of him being human.  Just remembering being an anthropomorphic skunk his entire life.  Thinking about how much he cared about his lover Tracy.  This was when he began forgetting his name was Danny and knew his name was now Pepe Le Pew.  Suddenly, Pepe heard a soft knocking coming from his front door.


    Opening the bathroom to rush towards the front door to open it.  Standing in the doorway was Tracy coming over to check-up on Danny.  What she found was Pepe Le Pew and she could smell his scent.  Plugging her nose she asked Pepe, “Excuse me Pepe have you seen a guy named Danny anywhere.”


    With a smile, he grabbed her right hand and began kissing it, “No madam!  But, if I zeez him I’ll be sure to send him your way.  For now how would you like to spend zee night with me, no?”


    She slapped Pepe saying no to his offer, but after she left the strange old lady came walking into the yard.  Looking down at Pepe, picking him up as if he were a child.  With a smile she asked, “Would you care to have Penelope and head home with her?”


    He shocked his head yes and the old lady used transformation spell that would turn Tracy quickly into Penelope.  As soon as she did Pepe got down, rushed over, to Penelope, and began kissing her all over.  Looking into her eyes he asked, “You are the most beautiful skunk that I have ever laid eyes on.” he kissed her on the lips.


    Then the two were transported back to the; “Loony Tunes” universe where Penelope dropped an anvil on Pepe.  After he let go she ran off somewhere and of course Pepe followed by skipping while saying, “I will find you very soon my love!”
